Elisa's Bespoke Wedding Dresses are the embodiment of timeless elegance and individual design.. Each dress is a tailored response to the client’s personality and expectations, further enhanced by her comprehension of anatomically perfect construction. Elisa has an ebullient approach to bridalwear that is a culmination of many years of experience in the bridal industry.

 

From the outset each bride will be involved in the design and evolution of her dress.  At the initial consultation Elisa will listen to your ideas and consider carefully the venue and possible theme or desired ambience of your wedding. The Bridal Pixie studio is filled with inspiration from samples of lace, taffeta, satin and fine silks to trims, beading, crystals and other embellishment. Her fervent understanding and passion for all fabrics means she only uses specialist suppliers in order to source the perfect fabric for your dress. Using drawings and fabric samples Elisa will work with you towards a final design for your gown.

 

A toile, (a cotton mock up of the dress) is made to perfect the fit and refine the style on the body, enabling clients to visualise what has been discussed so far and an opportunity to view the fit of the dress before final fabrics are cut into. Changes to the design can still be made at this stage with any adjustments being pinned on to the toile. Once the dress has been made up in the chosen fabric a further two or possibly three fittings are required to finalise and perfect the fit. A bespoke dress can take up to six months to complete. please ensure that you allow plenty of time for your bespoke gown.
